If so, you are eligable for Goethe University's Goethe Goes Global Scholarship, which is now open for 75 our master's programmes.

Goethe University aims to provide its scholars with:

- A monthly award of 1,000 EUR for up two years
- Support and orientation by an experienced master's student buddy
- Access to seminars focusing on professional skills from our Graduate Academy GRADE
- Access to an innovative research environment and networks that connect you with fellow scholars and other advanced researchers
- Career support through Goethe University's Research Support Office

Bayreuth International Summer School

The Bayreuth International Summer School takes place for a duration of two weeks from 30 June until 13 July 2019 and provides an intercultural and dynamic setting reflecting the University of Bayreuth's focus areas in research.

It consists of several individual courses, each with an interdisciplinary approach. The participants have the opportunity to engage in a rich programme that includes theoretical seminars and discussions as well as practical elements such as lab courses and workshops. The Summer School is jointly hosted by the International Office as well as the Campus Academy, the university's institute of lifelong learning and corporate education.

Bayreuth is a historically significant, culturally diverse town with well-established networks, offering the perfect setting to meet interesting people from around the world. Scholars and students enrich the classrooms and labs with their own perspectives on the material.

The International Summer School will give you a better understanding of various aspects of current research areas. From Economics & Management to Polymer Science or African Studies, the Summer School allows you to broaden your academic, professional and personal skills in eight different courses.

Study Social Science and Humanities in English in Berlin!

Bard College Berlin (BCB) is a nonprofit liberal arts university accredited in Germany and the United States. BCB offers two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in Economics, Politics and Social Thought and one in Humanities the Arts and Social Thought. Within these degrees, students specialize in fields like politics, economics, arts, ethics or literature, in addition to taking courses in other disciplines that enrich and inform their specializations. Notably, all BCB students participate in the Core Curriculum, comprised of six  courses taken over six semesters that examine major movements in intellectual history from Greek antiquity to Modernism. With 270 students from over 60 countries, BCB's campus is highly international. Through ERASMUS, the Bard College network and bilateral exchange partnerships, students have the option abroad in places like the Uniated States, Italy, France, Brazil, Hong Kong and more. The Frankfurt Summer School 2019 organised by Goethe University and supported by the City of Frankfurt is going to take place from 05 to 30 August 2019

The FSS covers seven different academic tracks:

1) Legal Studies - Law and Globalisation
2) Psychology - Social Psychology and Organisational Behaviour (The track is also open to students of related fields such as Business Administration, Political and Social Sciences).
3) Linguistics - Research Methods in Linguistics
4) Gender Studies - Decolonisation and Feminism (2 weeks)
5) Social Sciences - Elementary Forms of Social Life (2 weeks)
6) Natural and Life Sciences - Evolution, Biodiversity and Global Change
7) Computer Science, Physics & Al- Supercomputers and Superphysics - from Artificial intelligence to Black Holes

During four weeks, participants will attend specialized seminars provided by researchers from Goethe University plus optional German language courses. Also included is our diverse cultural programme in the City of Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Strasbourg. All courses are held in English.

  Das Berliner Künstlerprogramm

Das Berliner Künstlerprogramm des Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienstes ist international eines der angesehensten Stipendienprogramme für Künstlerinnen und Künstler in den Sparten Bildende Kunst, Literatur, Musik und Film. Seit 1963 verleiht es jährlich und weltweit rund 20 Stipendien für einen meist einjährigen Aufenthalt in Berlin. Die Namen der über 1.000 ehemaligen Gäste belegen eindrucksvoll den Qualitätsanspruch des Programms. In den fast 50 Jahren seines Bestehens hat es damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur internationalen Repräsentanz der zeitgenössischen Kunst in Berlin geleistet.
